TyrellCheck Mobile deployed at Network Rail BHM

After a successful trial, Network Rail have rolled out TyrellCheck Mobile to all staff at Birmingham New Street Station. Staff at the Network Rail managed station now have access to real time disruption information via our Multi-Platform App.  This new National App has access to the all train operators disruption information, plus every Network Rail route providing a complete picture of what is happening on the network and what TOCs are advising their customers.   The intuitive filtering allows users to search for relevant information to them.

The new App will be used by Network Rail staff at Birmingham New Street to help improve customer information.  Staff on the concourse and platforms will be armed with an instant real time view of information being published by:

  • Arriva Trains Wales
  • CrossCountry Trains
  • Chiltern Railways
  • London Midland
  • Network Rail (Birmingham Routes)
  • Virgin Trains

Live Departure Boards:

To manage the flow of customers at Birmingham New Street, Network Rail staff now has access to Live Departure Boards and platform information for all operators serving one of Britain's busiest stations.
